RHODOCHROSITE

Rhodochrosite is a manganese carbonate base gemstone that has a raspberry-pink to red-rose color depending to its purity and transmission of light. It is commonly resourced in moderate temperatures. This stone is listed to be the official National symbols of Argentina, and should only be found in Argentina, South Africa, Peru, Montana, Colorado, Russia, Romania, Spain, China, Gabon, Mexico, and Japan.

This stone is also known as the Stone of the Compassionate Heart, symbolizing selfless love, empathy on others, emotional healing, forgiveness, and compassion.
